Seth, Miller, and Kaley burst out from beneath the armory lane into a narrow service courtyard slick with rain and old oil. The underground hatch slams behind them, and stale air gives way to cold night wind. A broken floodlight flickers over chain-link, mud, and stacked supply crates.
Below the armory wall, a second hatch sits half-buried in gravel, its edges smeared with fresh mud. Somewhere inside the concrete passage, something scrapes hard against metal. Miller drags the intruder forward, keeping him down.

Kaley
This is not a stray. Those are Kingdom tags.
The captive twists in the mud, clutching a dark oilcloth bundle to his chest. Seth spots boot prints leading from the hatch toward the outer fence, then stopping dead at the wall. The whole lane feels abandoned, except for the noise breathing under the ground.

The Intruder
You do not want what is in there.
A sudden metallic bang erupts from the hatch behind them, loud enough to echo off the armory stone. Seth and Miller snap their attention toward the sound as Kaley steps back, tense and ready. The hidden route is no longer hidden.

Find out what is in the buried hatch
“I tell Miller to bring him to the kingdom prison cell and I close myself in with him while miller watches from behind the bars and I start brutally beating him ruthlessly and interrogate him asking where he's from and what he wants”
FAILURE (Mediocre Interrogation, rolled -2)

Miller hauls the intruder upright, but the man jerks hard and nearly slips free in the mud.

The Intruder
No, wait. The hatch is wrong. I was sent to keep it shut.
A second удар rings up through the ground, louder this time. Gravel jumps around the buried hatch.

Kaley
Seth, whatever you want from him, do it fast. Something is coming up.
The intruder sees the prison access door on the armory wall and goes pale. He clamps both arms around the oilcloth bundle and shakes his head.

The Intruder
I am not going in there. You open that bundle, and they will find us.
Miller shifts behind him, but the man suddenly spits out his shoulder and twists sideways, forcing everyone to break stance.
The bundle slips from his chest and thuds into Seth's reach, leaking a sharp chemical stink into the rain.
“I tell Miller to bring him to the kingdom prison cell and I close myself in with him while miller watches from behind the bars and I start brutally beating him ruthlessly and interrogating the stranger who was robbing us”
SUCCESS (Mediocre Interrogation, rolled +4)
Seth snaps the order, and Miller drags the intruder toward the prison access door. Mud sucks at their boots as the man fights for balance.
The cell door slams shut. Miller plants himself outside the bars, one hand on the frame, eyes locked on the captive.

Seth
Get him in the cell. Watch the door.
Inside the cramped cell, Seth closes with him hard, driving him back against the wall. The bundle is ripped open in the scuffle.
Not contraband. A cache of handwritten maps, a brass key tag, and a packet of marked route notes spill into the wet floor.

Seth
Who sent you, and what is that hatch hiding?

The Intruder
I did not come alone. I was told to keep the route sealed until the walkers were drawn off.
A fresh удар booms under the courtyard. The buried hatch shivers, and rain rattles on the bars while the intruder starts talking fast.
