The Kingdom’s battlements groan under the weight of the reinforced barricades as the horizon flickers with the approaching convoy’s headlights. Seth, Morgan, and Miller sprint down the stone stairs, the smell of ozone and wet pine filling the air.

Seth
The walls won't hold if they bring heavy gear. We need to move the survivors to the tunnels before the gate shatters.

Morgan Jones
Morgan You heard the man. Miller, get the scouts to the lower hatch. Seth, we take the side road and flank them before they hit the gate.
They burst out of the side postern gate, the cold night air biting at their skin. The convoy is closer than anticipated. Heavy trucks churn the mud of the valley floor, their spotlights sweeping across the forest like predatory eyes.

Miller
Too late for a flanking run. They’ve spotted the barricade lights. We’re in the kill zone if we stay on this path.

Seth
Then we don't hide. We take the high ground at the old water tower. If we can't stop the trucks, we stop the men inside. Move!
+ Scene Quest Added
Take the high ground at the old water tower to neutralize the convoy's men.
“Seth and Miller stand ready on the top of the wall over the gate ready to confront whoever is rushing their base well Morgan gets men ready for a flank around the walls little did we know the person charging us was Negan he has been waiting and building a mini army he's probably going to take us out for good this time we need to make a final stand Negan Parks right outside of the gates and talks to me from over the wall we start having a conversation”
SUCCESS (Great Diplomacy, rolled -1)

Seth and Miller crest the battlements as the convoy grinds to a halt. A heavy silence falls, broken only by the rhythmic thrum of idling engines. Standing atop the lead vehicle, Negan steps into the harsh glare of the spotlights, a bat resting casually on his shoulder.

Negan
Well, look at this. The big man himself. I hope you aren't planning on making me wait, Seth. I’ve brought the whole choir to sing for you.

Seth
He's stalling to let the rest of his crew encircle the outer wall. If I engage him now, I control the tempo of this conversation.

Seth
You're a long way from home, Negan. You want a fight, or did you come here to hear yourself talk? The Kingdom doesn't break for puppets.

Negan
A fight? I’m here to collect. And I’m feeling generous. You can hand over the keys and your little steel toy, or I can start painting these stones red.

Confront Negan and survive the standoff
“Not anymore negan we won't be walked on anymore we are making are stand right here right now if you don't turn your men around there will be blood shed I'm sure of that Seth says”
SUCCESS (Good Willpower, rolled +0)

Seth
Not anymore, Negan. We won't be walked on anymore. We are making our stand right here, right now. If you don't turn your men around, there will be bloodshed, I am sure of that.

Seth
The arrogance in his eyes is fading. He realizes he's overextended, and the high ground isn't just an advantage, it's his grave.

Negan
Negan’s smile falters, his grip tightening on the bat as he scans the shadows of the water tower.

Negan
You think you’ve got the drop on me, don't you? You think a few guys on a tower changes the math.
Seth steps into the open, his steel hand catching the moonlight, the blade gleaming as he chambers a round into his AK-47. Below, the Saviors tense, their weapons rising, but hesitation ripples through their ranks.

Seth
The silence is heavy. One spark, one heartbeat, and this valley turns into a slaughterhouse.
“We sit there glancing at each other with serious mean faces in silence for a moment then Negan says you know this has to happen Seth one way or another”
SUCCESS (Good Willpower, rolled +0)

Negan
You know this has to happen, Seth. One way or another, we are doing this dance. You want a legacy? You want to be a hero? Heroes have a nasty habit of ending up in the dirt.
He is testing my resolve, trying to find the crack in my armor. His eyes flick toward the tower, then back to my steel blade. He is calculating the cost of this brawl, and he knows it is going to be high.
The tense silence stretches, thick with the smell of exhaust and damp earth. Morgan, still holding his position near the unconscious Miller, keeps his eyes locked on the perimeter, his rifle leveled at the lead truck.

Seth
If I strike now, we might take him, but the rest of the Saviors will swarm. If I wait, I lose the initiative. The blade on my hand feels cold, but my resolve is boiling.
“Then out of nowhere need to act like he's going to surrender places his bat down for a second slowly raises his hands then drops his fist with my experience I know that it's a signal to his men to attack so I instantly raised my gun and start opening fire Miss Negan but hit a few of his men bullets from both sides start flying at each other well a war starts”
SUCCESS (Superb Firearms, rolled -1)

Seth’s hands climb slowly toward the sky. He offers a weary, defeated slump, eyes locking onto Negan’s cocky grin.

Seth
You win, Negan. It's not worth the blood.
Negan’s shoulders drop, a predatory smirk spreading as he tilts his head to signal his men. But as the Saviors begin to shift, Seth’s hands blur downward. The AK-47 is already jumping against his shoulder, spitting lead before his feet even plant.

Negan
What the—!
The calm shatters. Bullets tear through the damp air, sparking off truck chassis and churning the mud into a spray of debris. The Saviors scramble, caught off balance as Seth’s tactical precision turns the bottleneck into a kill box. Several of Negan’s men drop instantly, clutching at their chests in the mud. The convoy erupts into a chaotic mess of gunfire and shouting, and the true battle for the Kingdom begins.
“Explosions fires gunshots screams from all sides it's chaos after a while of fighting outside of the wall we have our men flank them we managed to take out a good amount of them but not before they managed to break the front gate and make it inside with some of their men now there's fighting inside of the Kingdom and outside of it negan happen to be one of the men who went inside with a few soldiers he's heading for the kingdoms hall”
SUCCESS (Legendary Melee Combat, rolled +0)

Seth lunges through the splintered threshold, his steel prosthetic blade gleaming as it bites into the shoulder of a Savior blocking the corridor. He pivots, backhanding a second assailant into the stone wall with a wet crunch. The Kingdom’s Hall is a frenzy of muzzle flashes and desperate cries.

Seth
Negan is making for the inner sanctum. If he reaches the armory, the game ends here.
Seth ignores the ringing in his ears, his boots pounding against the floorboards as he sprints past the chaos. Ahead, Negan vanishes behind the heavy oak doors leading to the throne room, his silhouette framed by the dying light of a flickering chandelier.

Seth
Not today.
Seth kicks the door wide, his blade still dripping, to find Negan calmly leaning against the King's dais, a heavy pistol already tracking toward the entrance.

Negan
You sure are persistent, kid. Let’s see how that fancy hand holds up against a real fight.
“Seth and negan and morgan have a tense standoff inside the Kingdom Hall I'm filled with anger at this current time and just want negan dead carelessly charging at him but Morgan jones stops me and says calm down brother anger will lead to your own fate use it for good and use it with technique we proceed through chasing down Negan shooting back and forth at each other well saying dialogue back and forth”
SUCCESS (Superb Firearms, rolled +1)

The air in the throne room hums with the scent of ozone and cordite. Seth lunges forward, his prosthetic blade trembling with raw fury, but a heavy hand clamps onto his shoulder, hauling him back. Morgan Jones stands firm, his eyes hard and unblinking.

Morgan Jones
Breathe, brother. That rage is a fire, but if you let it run wild, it will burn your own house down. Focus.

Seth
He is right. If I charge in blind, Negan is going to put a bullet between my eyes.
Seth exhales, the frantic pounding in his chest steadying into a rhythmic beat. He raises his AK-47, peeking around the corner of the dais just as Negan fires. Splinters explode from the wood near Seth’s ear. Seth snaps a return shot, the roar of the rifle echoing through the hall.

Negan
That's it! Use that head, not just that sharp piece of metal! You're finally learning, Seth!
Seth darts to the left, bullets dancing around his feet as he seeks better cover behind a marble pillar.
“You bastard negen this is your end Seth says”
SUCCESS (Good Intimidation, rolled +0)

Seth
You bastard, Negan! This is your end!

Seth
He thinks he can monologue his way out of this. He doesn't know what it's like to lose everything. I'll make him understand.
Seth screams his defiance, his voice cracking against the stone walls. He pivots on his heel, ignoring the sting of gravel under his boots, and levels his AK-47 at the shadow behind the pillar. Negan chuckles, a low, grating sound that vibrates through the floorboards.

Negan
That's the spirit, kid! I love a man who knows how to make an entrance! But look around you. Your throne room is falling apart, and you're the one holding the hammer.
Negan steps out, swinging his bat in a casual arc, unbothered by the gunfire. He is close now. Too close. Seth’s finger tightens on the trigger, but his eyes widen as a grenade clatters against the marble floor between them. It spins, its pin long gone.
“Negan managed to hit Morgan with his bat in the head and stun him to get the upper hand he's stunned on his hands and knees bleeding from the head as negan goes for the final blow at his head but Seth manages to tackle negan right before it happens they drop there weapons and have a brutal wrestling/fist fighting match while trading punches and negan gets the upper hand for a second and tackles me through the wall and off the top floor we both fell and hit the ground hard with debris”
SUCCESS (Legendary Strength, rolled -2)

Seth lunges, his shoulder connecting with Negan just as the Savior winds up his bat. They collide, a tangled mess of limbs and fury, tumbling through the decorative screen and the weakened exterior wall of the throne room. They plummet, the world blurring into a chaotic swirl of splintering wood, stone dust, and gravity.

Seth
The drop is too far. I need to land on top or I won't be getting back up.
They smash into the courtyard cobbles. The impact is a sickening thud of bone against stone. Seth hits the ground hard, his prosthetic blade digging into the dirt as he scrambles to find purchase, while Negan groans in the debris nearby. Dust clouds billow, obscuring the path back up to the throne room as the sound of approaching walkers begins to stir in the distance.

Seth
Morgan is still up there. If I stay down here, the walkers will pin us both.

Survive the courtyard standoff and escape the approaching walkers
“Seth tried to get up but quickly realized his prosthetic hand blade was trapped under some debris so he disconnected it from his stub and continued to wrestle and fist fight negan with on hand”
SUCCESS (Legendary Melee Combat, rolled +0)

The blade is hopelessly wedged beneath a jagged support beam. Seth grunts, his jaw tightening as he snaps the release latch on his prosthetic wrist. The steel hand clatters against the stone, abandoned in the dirt, as he lunges for Negan.

Seth
You're done playing, Negan.

Seth
He is winded from the fall. I have the leverage.
Seth connects with a brutal, one-armed shove that sends the Savior stumbling back against a pile of broken masonry. Before Negan can swing his bat, Seth drives a fist into his midsection, feeling the wind leave the man's lungs in a wet gasp. The groaning of the undead grows louder, scraping against the exterior wall near the breach.

Seth
Stay down. Just stay down until I can get a weapon.
Negan swings wildly with his bat, his movements sluggish and desperate, but Seth ducks the clumsy arc, closing the distance to lock his remaining hand around the man's collar. The courtyard air grows thick with the smell of rotted flesh.
