NIGHTMARES OF THE WALKING DEAD

The open plains offer no shelter, only the biting wind and the metallic tang of blood. Seth stumbles, his prosthetic blade digging into the dirt as he pulls Blake toward the cover of a rocky depression. Behind them, the trail of Negan's blood darkens the grass, attracting the distant, hungry moan of a wandering pack.

Dad... his blood... it’s going to bring them all here!

Seth shoves the boy into the narrow fissure, then turns back to the grass. His Desert Eagle is lost somewhere in the thicket, leaving him with only his steel prosthetic and the cold, sharp ache of his side. He spots the abandoned transport vehicle idling near the edge of the tall grass, but it is surrounded by the shifting shadows of walkers drawn to the scent of the Saviors' demise.
