Brann slams his heater shield into the obsidian floor, his boots sliding back inches under the sheer force of the Void Stalker’s pressure. The archway groans as the creature forces more of its jagged, obsidian limb through the gap.

The blade vibrates against the pedestal, reacting to the entity just as the Archivist feared.
Kalazan watches as the golden light of the Sun Shattered Blade flickers, casting long, frantic shadows across the buckling walls. The floor beneath his hooves begins to soften, turning from solid stone into a swirling, dark quicksand.

Tons of heavy ceiling masonry, dislodged by Kalazan's spell, plummet with earth shattering force onto the Void Stalker. The creature lets out a discordant, high pitched shriek as it is pinned into the crumbling floor.
