At the chamber’s edge, Seren checks the stabilized return-sign, tracing each amber line without disturbing it. The arch holds, and the path back to the vault remains clear.
Seren Arcal
The bond is steady. I will watch the return route, but this part belongs to you and Maelin. I will not intrude unless the passage shifts.
Seren steps aside beneath the arch, close enough to intervene but far enough to grant privacy. His charcoal remains poised over the protective markings.
Maelin’s luminous figure stands beside the dark hollow. She raises one hand, then turns her palm toward the preserved three-pronged mark and the newer pattern beside it.
Light gathers at the amber sign across Almira’s palm. It answers Maelin’s gesture with a slow pulse, carrying no words, only the shape of a question held open.
Seren Arcal
She is asking what you will witness, not ordering you to accept what she became. Ask plainly, Almira. The record is listening.
The hollow opens a fraction wider. Within it, shifting radiance suggests a preserved life-pattern, a transformation still unfolding, and the silent reason the bond chose Almira.

“I offer to witness her transformation without judgement or Expectation, using my seductive abilities to show sencerity and acceptance”
SUCCESS (Legendary Seduction, rolled +3)
Almira
I offer to witness your transformation without judgment or expectation. You need not become anything for me; I accept what you reveal.
Almira’s invitation moves through the bond with deliberate grace: an open posture, a lowered gaze, and a slow gesture that asks nothing in return. The amber sign answers warmly.
Maelin Voss
Then witness me as I am, and as I became. Your acceptance gives the record permission to unfold without concealment.
The hollow opens fully. Maelin’s luminous form separates into distinct stages, revealing the preserved life-pattern, the alteration, and the living shape she chose to carry beyond it.
Seren Arcal
The chamber has accepted your terms. More than that, it has opened the entire record and fixed the return-sign to the truth you witnessed.
Within the radiance, a concealed passage appears behind Maelin’s transformed figure, leading toward a deeper chamber. The bond marks it as safe for Almira to enter and return.
Maelin Voss
Come, witness. The secret I guarded is no longer hidden from you.
