Adventure of Kamado Tanjiro 1

Moonlight cuts across the clearing. Tanjiro grips the ledger as Yoshimitsu lies stunned in the grass, his cursed blade fallen near his hand. The villager clutches Zoro close, eyes fixed on the page that could expose the camp.

The brush explodes with motion. Zenitsu bursts out first, pale face panicked, sword half-raised as he stares at the ledger and the bodies on the ground.

Inosuke barrels in right behind him, boar mask glinting, feet hammering the grass. He skids to a stop, snorts once, and points his twin blades toward the treeline like he is already picking his next target.

Zoro steps wider in front of the villager, while Tanjiro steadies the ledger so both newcomers can see the ritual marks under the moon.

At once, the three allies understand the opening. If these markings reach the right hands, the warlord's daughter's control over the forest camp can start to crack, and the hunt can move deeper.

Kamado Tanjiro leaves Moonlit forest clearing behind and arrives at the village.

The village gate looms ahead, half-lit by lanterns and washed in damp night air. Tanjiro arrives with the villager beside him, the ledger tucked close as footfalls hurry somewhere deeper in the lane.

Zenitsu plants himself near the road, still shaking but alert. Inosuke turns toward the dark trees beyond the village edge, blades ready, while the villager moves in behind Tanjiro and keeps low.

The villager nods once, relief breaking across their face as they fall in at Tanjiro's side. Behind them, the moonlit lane opens toward the houses, and the forest line feels close enough to breathe against the back of the neck.

For a moment, the group holds together, split between watch and departure. Then a shadow shifts at the far edge of the village, and all eyes snap that way.
