Behemoth crashes through the hatch into the cordon heart. Monitors flare blue on every wall, drones rake the room with searchlight glare, and the alarm howl needles through the server hum.

The Lead Enforcer
Too late. You are inside the net.
The Lead Enforcer snaps up a heavy sidearm, but the cluster of tactical screens behind him still shows the perimeter lines, blinking red where Behemoth has already broken them.

Behemoth
The monitors show the rest of the cordon.
Behemoth advances, his armor grinding against the hatch frame. One drone swings lower, beam fixed on his chest, as if trying to pin the legend in place for the cameras.

The Lead Enforcer
Stand down, and the corp decides what happens next.
A red status map blooms across the screens, half the outer line already collapsing. If Behemoth takes this room, the cordon breaks with it.
“using bertha the multi barreled light machine gun i prepare to lay down the hate and cover my buddie”
FAILURE (Legendary Firearms, rolled -2)

Bertha comes up hard, and the room answers with a stutter of muzzle flash. Tracers rake the monitor wall instead of the Lead Enforcer, chewing sparks across blue tactical maps.
The Lead Enforcer ducks behind the console bank, his sidearm still out, but his shot goes wide. The smart-scope icon on the screen jitters off Behemoth's centerline.
One drone dips lower through the glare, its beam sweeping the hatch and the floor beside Behemoth, trying to box him in for the cameras.

The Lead Enforcer
He is suppressing the room, move on him now!
A side panel blows open in the sparks, exposing a maintenance crawl cut into the command wall. The opening is narrow, but it leads behind the console nest.
Bertha's burst stops short of the enforcer's chest, but it pins him long enough to tear the room open. The line on the monitors keeps collapsing, and now the back route is visible if Behemoth takes it.
“using bertha the multi barreled light machine gun i prepare to lay down the hate and cover my buddie”
FAILURE (Legendary Firearms, rolled -2)

Behemoth leans into Bertha and hammers the console bank with a long burst. The first line of rounds chews sparks off the monitors, but the recoil drags his aim high and the enforcer stays tucked behind cover.
The smart-scope flickers on a broken map, jittering past the enforcer’s shoulder. A second burst tears through dangling cable instead of armor, and the room fills with snapping blue arcs.

The Lead Enforcer
He’s off line, now!
The lead enforcer lunges low from behind the console bank, using Behemoth’s missed stream as a shield. He does not make it to the doorway, but he gets to the torn crawlspace.
The drone overhead dips under the smoke, beam sweeping the opening and then the floor beyond it, as if it has finally found the route around Bertha’s fire.
Inside the crawlspace mouth, a cable tray rattles loose and spills a service card across the floor. It skids under the console nest, half-lit by the alarms.
The enforcer sees it too, and his glance snaps from Behemoth to the crawl opening. One way is now obvious, but it is narrow, watched, and already moving.
“using bertha the multi barreled light machine gun i prepare to lay down the hate and cover my buddie”
SUCCESS (Legendary Firearms, rolled +1)
Behemoth anchors Bertha into the console gap and rakes the crawlspace mouth. The stream of fire pins the Lead Enforcer flat on instinct, too scared to sprint, too exposed to climb.
The drone jerks in the smoke, its scan line washing over the opening and catching only sparks, cable, and Behemoth’s muzzle flash. The smart-scope on the enforcer’s chest spits a useless correction into the glare.

The Lead Enforcer
No clean angle. Damn it.
Behemoth sweeps the burst wider, and the command room answers with shattered glass and dead pixels. The console bank goes dark in strips, like the room itself is losing confidence.

The Lead Enforcer
Hold it. Hold him off, just hold him off!
No one answers him. The card on the floor skitters deeper under the console nest, and the crawlspace stays open, ugly, and usable.
With the line suppressed, the Lead Enforcer stays pinned and the room stops belonging to him. The only movement left is the drone circling overhead and Behemoth’s barrel chewing the air between them.
“i trust mu buds to take out the others stuff as i keep the main guys pinned”
SUCCESS (Legendary Firearms, rolled -1)
Behemoth keeps Bertha chattering long enough to own the room. The Lead Enforcer flinches lower, then stops trying to rise at all, his smart-scope dragging useless red light across broken glass.

The Lead Enforcer
Cease fire, damn it, he has the angle!
The drone wobbles overhead, scan line stuttering through smoke, then veers off the crawlspace mouth. The command room’s red strips keep flashing, but the tactical wall goes black in whole blocks.
A burst from somewhere deeper in the cordon cuts the enforcer off mid-breath. His shoulder jerks, and he slams flat behind the console nest, finally pinned by more than fear.

Behemoth
The line is broken.
The service card lies half under the nest, now within reach through the torn gap. The enforcer does not move to contest it, he just stares at Behemoth and the dead monitors like the room has already lost.

The Lead Enforcer
If you want anything off this block, take it now, because I cannot hold this.

Secure the service card
“i secure the service card and trust the fixer to have a techie able to make use of it later”
FAILURE (Terrible Agility, rolled +2)
Behemoth lunges through the torn gap, fingers closing on the service card. It skitters in the dust and slips off his grip, vanishing deeper under the console nest.
The Lead Enforcer watches it go, then jerks his chin toward the crawlspace lip. A thin diagnostic tag on the exposed edge blinks once, blue, then dies.

The Lead Enforcer
Maintenance access. Old sector routing. If your tech has sense, he can pull the map from that port.
The smart-scope in his hand drifts wild, its red dot trembling across the dead monitors instead of settling on Behemoth.

Behemoth
The card is gone. The port is still exposed.
Above them, the search drone wobbles on one last burst of battery, its scan line sliding over the crawlspace mouth as the command room keeps darkening.
“i secure the service card and trust the fixer to have a techie able to make use of it later”
FAILURE (Terrible Agility, rolled -2)
Behemoth drives his hand back under the console nest, but the card has shifted into a maze of broken cables and dust. His armored forearm scrapes metal, finds only grit, and the service card stays out of reach.

The Lead Enforcer
Don’t keep digging. Take the port, or walk away empty.
The smart-scope trembles in his grip, its red dot skating uselessly across the dead monitor glass. Overhead, the search drone dips lower, scan line flickering in the smoke.

Behemoth
The card is deeper than the reach.
The command room darkens another notch. Sparks spit once from the monitor bank, and the exposed crawlspace port keeps blinking its last weak blue pulse.

The Lead Enforcer
My tech can still read that port. If you want the map, you need the card or the crawlspace.
Behemoth pulls his arm free empty-handed, the card still buried under the console nest, while the drone hovers on its failing battery and the room waits for his next move.
“i secure the service card and trust the fixer to have a techie able to make use of it later”
FAILURE (Terrible Agility, rolled +1)
Behemoth hooks two thick fingers into the cable nest and worries the hidden card loose by feel. It skitters free for a breath, then slips sideways into his palm before the console lip can catch it.
The Lead Enforcer flinches at the movement, then freezes when Behemoth does not fire. The smart-scope in his hand wavers uselessly, its red dot drifting across shattered glass.

Behemoth
The card is mine.
A thin diagnostic glow flickers alive on the card's edge, one clean corporate seal and a routing tag for the maintenance spine behind the wall.

The Lead Enforcer
If you are smart, you take that straight to your fixer. Their tech can crack the map faster than I can lie to you.
Above them, the search drone stutters on its failing battery and dips closer to the command bank, while sparks spit harder from the dead monitors.
The room has not gotten safer, but it has gotten simpler, card in hand, crawlspace tagged, and a route exposed if Behemoth wants to leave this bastard room breathing.
