The service crawlspace spits them out into the fixer’s bar through a panel behind the counter. Neon from the street leaks through smoked glass, painting the room in red and violet. Rain hisses on the roof. The place stinks of spilled liquor, hot circuitry, and wet concrete.
Behemoth stands in the narrow back lane beside stacked crates and a humming freezer wall. The torn boot seal bites at every step. Ahead, the exit door glows blue with the lock light, still half-open from the rush out of the terrace.

The Fixer
Easy. We made it inside. Nobody breathe loud.

The Signal Tech
The roof access is burned. If they trace us, I am dead in minutes.
From the front room comes a sharp clatter, then the scrape of a chair. Someone is already moving toward the back.

Behemoth
The exit is still open.
The back door shudders once under an удар from outside, and the lock light flickers yellow.

Secure the back exit
“i go an secure the back exit and turn on the tv to see what the news has to say about everything that has happened”
SUCCESS (Legendary Strength, rolled +0)

Behemoth plants himself at the back exit and drives his weight into the door. The shudder dies out. The frame settles, and the yellow lock light steadies into a hard, ugly glow.
He works the latch with one scarred hand, then throws the deadbolt home. The door stops giving. Whatever is outside is now met with steel and stubbornness.
The room answers with a small click from the wall mount. A cheap bar television flickers awake above the liquor shelves, drowning the neon in static blue.
The screen catches on a breaking-news crawl, corporate logos stuttering under emergency graphics. Sirens blink over a street map, and a feed window shows the same rooftop district Behemoth just left.
The Fixer leans in from the crawlspace hatch, eyes narrowed at the broadcast. The Signal Tech freezes beside the crates, listening for anything outside the room.

The Fixer
That’s already on air. They are spinning the whole mess as a security incident.
The crawl on the television keeps scrolling, and one line pauses long enough to sting, corporate response teams are en route. The back room goes very still.
