Yarolik Vlokov arrives beneath a bruised sky. Broken standards jut from the cursed battlefield, while pale spirits drift between abandoned shields and half-buried weapons.
An adult elf woman, lean and sharp-faced with pale skin, green eyes, and dark leather boots beneath her cloak stands beside a dark, trembling warhorse, a broad-chested gelding with a white blaze and a leather-banded mane. Her silver hair is braided with battlefield dust, and her crimson cloak strains in the wind as a failing ring of light holds the dead back.

Elianor Veyne
You are Yarolik Vlokov, the occult knight who seeks reliable companions.
The pale spirits press closer. Each impact dims the princess's spell, revealing beneath the soil a circular altar etched with old runes and blackened offerings.

Elianor Veyne
My name is Elianor Veyne. I was cast out, but I will not abandon this field to them.

Elianor Veyne
If you came seeking allies, choose quickly. The altar is waking, and it is dragging me toward it.
Her wounded horse lowers its head and stamps once. The ring contracts to a narrow halo, and the spirits turn their hollow faces toward Yarolik Vlokov.

je souhaite essayer de comprendre comment repousser ses esprits avec un des mes sorts ?

Yarolik studies the altar’s runes as the halo contracts. He raises one gauntleted hand, tracing a measured counter-sign in the air while the spirits circle beyond the light.

Yarolik Vlokov
The altar is feeding them through the ring, not commanding them directly.
Arcane marks kindle along Yarolik’s armor, blue-white against the cursed earth. His spell seeks the boundary between the dead and the altar, pressing for a weakness rather than striking blindly.

Elianor Veyne
Yes. Do not drive them back alone. Sever the altar’s invitation, and the dead will lose their path to us.
The counter-sign catches. Several pale forms recoil as their edges unravel into silver mist, but the altar answers with a pulse that fractures two runes beneath Yarolik’s boots.

Elianor Veyne
There. The eastern mark is broken. Bind that one before the altar wakes fully!
The spirits hesitate, no longer advancing as one. The wounded warhorse shies against its reins while Elianor braces herself, keeping the failing halo open for Yarolik’s next working.
Director's note
avec la lanterne bleu tel de la craie je dessine avec la pointe de la lame de mon épée le restant du cercle pour fermer ce symbole que Elianor me montre

Yarolik lowers the blue lantern until its chalklike glow washes over the broken eastern mark. Beyond the failing halo, the pale spirits circle in wary silence.
With the point of his sword, Yarolik follows the surviving grooves and draws the missing arc across the cursed soil. Each stroke closes a fragment of the ancient symbol.

Elianor Veyne
Steady. Let the light finish what the blade begins. The altar resists a closed circle, but it cannot deny its own shape.
The final line meets the broken rune. Blue radiance threads through the completed circle, and the altar’s pulse falters beneath Yarolik’s boots.

Elianor Veyne
Now bind the boundary. Do not strike the spirits. Give them nowhere to enter.
Yarolik turns the lantern over the sealed mark and presses his counter-sign into the air. The halo widens by a handspan as the spirits recoil from the altar’s severed invitation.
The warhorse stamps once, but the ground no longer answers. Silver mist gathers beyond the circle, and the dead drift backward across the battlefield.
