Donald Trump stumbles through the foam-choked corridor as the emergency bulkheads slam somewhere ahead. The alarm is still loud, but the white sludge turns it into a dull, suffocating roar.
A hatch shudders under their hand, then gives. Trump pushes through into a narrow stairwell lit by red emergency strips, the air colder here, metallic and sharp.

Below them, a bulkhead grinds shut with a thunderous clang. Farther down, water hisses from a broken pipe, splashing across concrete steps.

The Other Suit lunges out of the fog into the stairwell landing, one hand clamped to a bloodied sleeve, the other reaching for the evidence case. The Security Chief squares up between them, tense and ready to seize it.

Trump snatches up the case as the alarm bounces off the concrete. A hot sting flashes across their hand from the recoil, and the chambered round is spent.

Water keeps hissing down the steps below, and the lower bulkhead is still grinding shut somewhere out of sight. The Security Chief turns toward the descending stair, ready to move, while Trump now has the drive in hand.
