Hammon remains at the overlook beside the Envoy, both fixed on the struggle below. General Rovan’s riders hold the shoreline, spears barring every path inland.

The Envoy
Your riders deny the bandits escape, yet they do not challenge Ethrosise. That distinction may decide how High Hoof remembers this day.
Ethrosise surges beneath the vessel. The crosscurrent lifts it high, drops it hard, then swings its ruined course toward the shore rocks.

The Envoy
He has judged the leader already. The rest are learning that a wreck can still become a prison.
The hull strikes the stones and tears open with a splintering crack, banking among the waves. Crew members cling to the wreck, shaking as the serpent coils nearby.
Ethrosise seizes the bandit leader and yanks him from the wreck into the dark water, carrying out his punishment without turning toward the watching cliffs.

The Envoy
Castle High Wind stands untouched, but every witness now knows the shore has a law older than any charter. What will your people call this judgment?

“He senses their trangressions, im sure that bandit leader was full of faults. Ethrosise is a reasoning that cant be eveaded. I command my troops to confiscate and apprehend”
SUCCESS (Great Willpower, rolled -2)

King Hammon
Confiscate the bandits’ property and apprehend every survivor. Bring them ashore under guard.
General Rovan’s riders advance as the wreck settles among the rocks. They secure chests, weapons, rope, and scattered cargo, while spearmen surround the shaken survivors.

General Rovan
You heard the king. Take the living, bind their hands, and keep every seized good together for the hold’s reckoning.
The survivors surrender without resistance, dragged from the wreckage and marched up the wet path. One guard slips on the stones and bruises his knee, but keeps his grip.

The Envoy
High Hoof witnesses the seizure. Your law does not let the serpent’s judgment become an excuse for disorder.
Ethrosise circles once beyond the wreck, his dragon-like skull angled toward the captives and confiscated goods. Light-blue sparks fade from his spines as the shore’s order settles.

General Rovan
The survivors are secured, my king, and their property is under guard. The cost is one bruised rider, but none escaped your shore.
