Ehahase remains coiled above the rim, content and watchful. Beside Huarti, the unconscious Obsidian Dragon lies safely anchored, its dark scales reflecting the mountain’s calm pulse.

Ehahase
The mountain’s guardian showed valor, my son. It lies safely because you chose protection over possession.
A vast female dire owl, an ancient, broad-winged bird with a scarred ivory beak and silver-flecked plumage, descends from the night, each powerful wingbeat stirring silver ash from the rim. Her broad dark feathers, keen eyes, and ancient bearing announce wisdom before her talons touch stone.

Aminora
I am Aminora, guardian of this forest and the elven cities within it.
The owl folds her immense wings, standing taller than a warhorse at the shoulder. Her gaze moves from Ehahase to Huarti, carrying urgency without panic.

Aminora
A vile and formidable man named Matrixarga advances through my lands. His deeds resemble a dark conqueror’s, and his campaign brings doom toward the forest and the elven cities I guard.

Aminora
You are newly recognized as this mountain’s keeper. Will you lend your strength, and place the fate of my people within your protection?
✓ Quest Accepted
Protect Aminora’s forest and elven cities from Matrixarga
“I answer, "i would be more then willing to help"”
SUCCESS (Legendary Willpower, rolled +0)

Huarti
I would be more than willing to help protect your lands and people from Matrixarga.
Huarti’s pledge carries across the summit with quiet, sovereign weight. The mountain remains calm beneath him, and the unconscious Obsidian Dragon stays safely anchored at his side.

Aminora
Then I accept your aid, Huarti. My forest and the elven cities within it stand under your protection against Matrixarga.
Aminora lowers her scarred ivory beak and spreads one immense wing toward the distant forest. Her urgency settles into certainty, as though the pledge has already become a guarded path.

Ehahase
You offer strength without taking a crown. That is protection worthy of my son.
Above the rim, Ehahase’s endless blue coils brighten the night. Aminora turns her keen gaze toward the forest, ready to guide Huarti there, while the mountain keeps its quiet watch.
“I ask my mother what she wants to do, since the obsidian is unconcious, i offer to leave with Aminora and my mother stays with the obsidian until he rises”
SUCCESS (Legendary Willpower, rolled -3)

Huarti
Mother, what do you wish to do? I would leave with Aminora and help defend her lands, while you remain with the Obsidian Dragon until it rises.
The proposal leaves Huarti’s voice steady, but holding that composure costs him. A brief hesitation catches in his silence, visible beneath the sovereign calm he preserves before both guardians.

Ehahase
I will remain. The Obsidian Dragon is safe, but unconscious, and it should wake beneath a patient watch.
Ehahase’s endless blue coils settle above the rim. Her cold radiance gathers around the sleeping dragon without binding it, making her answer a quiet promise of guardianship.

Ehahase
Go with Aminora, my son. Protect her forest and cities as you offered, and return when this mountain’s guardian opens its eyes.
Aminora lowers her scarred beak in acceptance and turns one broad wing toward the distant forest. Ehahase remains beside the unconscious dragon as Huarti stands ready to depart.
