Jin hunches over his cuff, thumb tapping a hidden comms-link in a tight, coded rhythm. His jaw is set, eyes fixed on the floor as he sends his distress signal into the deadening air.
Across the penthouse, The Dealer strains against his bindings and locks on Techno, desperate for him to move, to do anything before help arrives for Jin.

Jin
Come on. Just get a lock.
The life support panel stays black. Faint smoke threads under the chandelier, and the room already feels thinner, hotter, meaner.
Techno stands amid the wreckage, hand cut, watching Jin work the cuff with that same cold focus. The broken console spits a last weak spark and dies.

Jax
Techno, now. Stop him.
Jin hears it, but does not look up. He keeps tapping, trying to buy one clean rescue before the tower gives him none.

✓ Quest Accepted
Escape the penthouse
“Kick Jin into the wreckage and grab his comms-link.”
SUCCESS (Good Strength, rolled +1)

Techno drives a hard kick into Jin’s hip and sends him skidding into the wreckage. Glass and cracked plastic jump under the impact.
Jin slams against the ruined console and loses the cuff-link rhythm for a beat, breath punching out of him.
Techno’s injured hand snaps in and rips the hidden comms-link free before Jin can recover it.

Jin
You think that stops anything?
Jin twists on the floor, one shoulder pinned in the debris, but his eyes are already searching for another way out.

Jax
Now keep him there.
Smoke thickens around the chandelier, and the penthouse seems to hold its breath while Jin lies half-buried among the shattered controls.
