Yuki Sorimachi 1

Yuki arrives inside an abandoned mansion as a steel gate grinds downward across the entrance hall. Four young women are trapped beneath it, their escape route narrowing by the second.

A slim young woman in a red hoodie braces the gate with both arms. Beside her, three others strain forward: a black-haired woman in a school blazer, a blond woman in a green jacket, and a short woman with cropped brown hair and a yellow scarf.

The hall beyond them is dark, lined with warped portraits and loose floorboards. A red emergency button glows beside a distant service door, while something metallic clicks beneath the floor.

Yuki drops low and threads between the loose floorboards, placing each foot on solid strips of wood as the metallic clicking continues beneath her.

A warped board shifts behind Yuki, but she is already clear. She reaches the far end of the hall beside the glowing red emergency button.

Dust sifts from the ceiling. Behind Yuki, Mika’s arms tremble under the gate while Rin and the blond woman hold the narrowing gap open.

The emergency button waits at arm’s reach, its red light reflecting across Yuki’s pale face. The service door stands immediately beside it, unlocked.

Yuki drives her palm into the red emergency button. The casing snaps inward with a sharp crack, and the alarm erupts through the mansion.

The concrete floor shudders beneath her shoes. A hot metal edge slices across her palm, leaving a thin line of blood, while warning lights strobe along the hall.

The descending steel gate jerks, hangs for one breath, then reverses upward. Mika drops to one knee as the weight leaves her arms, and the others scramble clear.

The service door beside Yuki clicks fully open. Beyond it, a narrow stairwell descends into darkness, its emergency lamps flickering in time with the alarm.
