Kenn Powers bursts through the ropes and into the narrow corridor, the arena noise collapsing into a muffled thunder behind him. Concrete walls sweat under bad fluorescent light, and the belt strains heavy under his arms.
Marisol Vega charges in after him, shoes skidding on the scuffed floor. She points down the hall, jaw tight, trying to keep pace without losing sight of him.

Marisol Vega
Stop right there, Kenn! You are not getting out of this.

Kenn Powers
The corridor is too tight for a clean escape.
At the far end, a metal locker room door hangs half-open, spilling a strip of brighter light into the hall. A rolling equipment cart sits by the wall, blocking part of the path.

The Man on the Apron
He went this way! Don’t let him slip through.
Kenn Powers grips the championship belt tighter and angles toward the open doorway, with Marisol closing from behind and the corridor turning into a dead sprint.

Hide the evidence and escape the arena
“I roll the equipment cart and hurl it towards Tempest and the other wrestler to knock them down.”
SUCCESS (Superb Strength, rolled +0)

Kenn Powers catches the cart by its handle and rips it off the wall. The wheels shriek, then lurch toward the two men in the hall.
The cart slams into The Man on the Apron first, clipping his legs and folding him backward. Marisol jerks aside as the load tips and scatters cables across the floor.
The championship belt stays tight under Kenn's arm as he drives through the gap. The black tape on its strap flashes in the fluorescent light.

Marisol Vega
Stop! Kenn, stop moving!
The Man on the Apron hits the wall hard, then claws at the overturned cart, trying to push himself up.

The Man on the Apron
He is getting away, Marisol!
Ahead, the locker room door swings wider from the impact, opening a brighter strip of backstage and giving Kenn a clean lane if he keeps going.
“I run through the locker room door and slam it shut before my pursuers can reach me.”
SUCCESS (Good Athletics, rolled -1)

Kenn Powers hits the doorway hard, shoulder first, and the locker room swallows him in a rush of brighter light. He whips around and drives the door shut with his free hand.
The latch catches with a sharp crack. From the other side, the impact thuds once, then the frame shivers under a shove that does not break through.
Kenn keeps the championship belt pinned tight against his ribs, the black tape still visible on the strap for a beat before the door blocks it from view.

Marisol Vega
Kenn, open this door! Right now!

The Man on the Apron
He went in there! Hold it shut!
A hard slam rattles the handle, but the door stays closed. Kenn's palm stings from the force of it, and the room beyond goes quiet except for the muffled scramble outside.
He has the belt, the door is sealed, and the corridor is no longer open to him. Then a second voice rises beyond the wood, closer than before, demanding someone else get down here.
“Are there any gym bags left outside of a locker in the room?”
NO, BUT (Likely, rolled 68)
Kenn scans the locker room, but the floor is bare and the benches are empty. There are no gym bags or stray gear left behind to hide the incriminating tape.
“I rip a locker open to find a bag to stash the tape and brass knuckles.”
SUCCESS (Superb Strength, rolled +1)

Kenn yanks the locker door wide. Metal shrieks against metal, loud in the empty room, and a shallow equipment bag tumbles out from the top shelf.
He snatches the bag, then starts stuffing in the black tape and the brass knuckles with fast, brutal motions.
The championship belt goes in last, its plate scraping the bag’s zipper as he forces it shut.
Outside the door, the pounding stops for one beat, then a sharper knock replaces it.

Marisol Vega
Kenn Powers, open this door. Now.
The latch rattles under a hard shove from the hall, but the door holds. Somewhere beyond it, voices gather fast.
Kenn stands with the bag in hand and nowhere else to go but the corridor behind him, while Marisol waits on the other side of the wood.

“Does the corridor behind me lead to the parking lot?”
NO (Even, rolled 71)
Kenn glances toward the rear exit, but the corridor ends abruptly at a solid, windowless concrete wall. There is no path to the parking lot here.
“I go to the corridor behind me and look for a place to hide the bag.”
SUCCESS (Good Perception, rolled +1)

Kenn backs into the corridor, bag held low, eyes sweeping the concrete seam and the utility clutter along the wall.
Behind a stack of folded mats, he spots a narrow gap cut by a loose access panel, just deep enough to swallow the bag.

Kenn Powers
That works.
He stuffs the equipment bag into the gap and jams a mat stack in front of it, burying the evidence from view.
Kenn straightens, then snatches his championship belt free of the bag and wraps it back around his waist.

Marisol Vega
Kenn, open this door now!
The shouting from the locker room door grows louder, but Kenn is already moving toward the corridor exit, the hidden bag left behind in the dark.
“I go to the corridor and start searching for a way out of the arena.”
SUCCESS (Good Perception, rolled -1)

Kenn slips through the corridor door and keeps moving, shoulders tight, eyes tracking every side passage and sign taped to the cinderblock walls.
The hallway opens into a service junction, and a faded EXIT arrow points past a utility cart toward a stairwell marked STAFF ONLY.

Kenn Powers
Stairs lead out.
He heads for the stairs, one hand on the belt, the other brushing a dangling cable aside as he goes.
At the landing, he catches a sliver of the loading dock door through the glass, and a wedge of outside light leaks under it.
Kenn pushes through the stairwell door and reaches the dock corridor, but the slam echoes behind him and carries down the hall.
From farther back, Marisol Vega's voice snaps out, calling his name as boots and radios start converging on the sound.
“I take the stairs out of the building and run to my Ferrari.”
SUCCESS (Great Agility, rolled +1)
