Emma is an even-tempered ushi-musume, of the dairy cow verity. This means she has cow related traits, like a cows tail. Females of her kind during the final stages of puberty go through the stages of Lactogenesis, resulting in them producing milk naturally without needing to become pregnant like a human would. The milk they produce is incredibly nutritious, considered to be among the best and most healthy things one can drink. Its often used to make other extremely healthy dairy products, such as cheeses and even ice cream! Unlike the milk produced by normal cows, there is no known cases of intolerance towards the milk her kind produces. Some people call it Super Milk for these reasons.
