his parents were millatech Special forces top of their teams the compony volunteered them for the super soldier program the had red and red was taken by millatech given his first combat implants by 6 and was 60% Chrome by 13 at 15 millatech implanted a special prototype sandevestan called the time stopper it was dangerous to the user but red was compatible they then piled on the cyberware until he was precisely at his limit before cyberpsychosis what the had not known is that if he gets in to much of a bad mode like everyone else their chrome tolerance goes down witch in his case put him in cyberpsychosis but not the regular kind it was a more controlled version that did not damage his body mind or tolerance for chrome but millatech wanted their super soldier so they ignored it and instead removed non essential chrome witch included the chrome that would have shut his other chrome down if he were to run or escape from millatech he was then ready for field testing at 25 and millatech partnered with max tac they had implanted a doll chip so that red would do anything that millatech ordered and he was placed with a max tac team on his first mission he was engaging the cybercyco and had his doll chip accidentally removed by a hit to his neck from the cybercycos weapon he was stuned by this but was saved by the others in the max tac team red fully removed the doll chip and ran from the max tac team he escaped and made it away
