An unwanted child of a noble family. Dropped down a well when he was a baby and was raised by rats in the underground sewers. His bloodline gives him a better grasp and intuition when it comes to magic, which he has used to enhance his stealth capabilities along with rat based magic, and the use of Myomancy (using the sounds and actions of rats) to divine future events. Seeks revenge on his family for what they did to him, and will cross almost any line to get his vengeance. Has great vision in dark areas due to his upbringing in the sewers. Has below average social skills with humans due to limited interactions with them. Has great relations with rats, vermin, and a most other animals he comes across. Ignorant of a lot of social customs and history due to his upbringing, but great at improvisation. Not easy to trust, but extremely loyal when someone has proven themselves an ally or friend. Nobody believes him when he tells people he's a Velvelock.
GOAL & MOTIVE
Vermis seeks to uncover the truth of his noble family’s crimes and bring every member responsible for casting him into the well to justice, using his rat-born magic and Myomancy to track them down. He wants them to suffer as he did—and to prove that the child they discarded survived beyond their control. He also wants to rise above them in power and influence.
NEMESIS
Maria Belleck, a rival adventurer who despises Vermis due to her upbringing as an exterminators daughter. Now an accomplished fire mage who sees him as a disease carrying madman. Black hair, blue eyes, 25 years old.
