Mikhail Wraithwood

Magic is limited to ancient families who were able to hide from the Witch hunts, and only females can wield it. it also strains the body in varying ways depending on the type of spell. Society operates under an Authoritarian leadership that rules over different countries. The supernatural does exist, through curses, transformation, and infection. Those who know about rituals and magic are rare and far between due to the Witch Hunt purging a lot about the old books they could get their hands on. Descendants and those trusted would know about Magic, with even less knowing how to cast Magic and the rules behind it.

Mikhail Wraithwood was the son of Victor Wraithwood and Cassandra Wraithwood. The family was quite successful and were the shareholders for Allico Inc. Mikhail grew up reading many things related to the human body as he was always fascinated with how the human body could adapt and overcome the many things that would happen to it. His promising intellect and parental ties had gotten him a position in Willow institute where he studied Biochemistry to further the evolution of humanity. Mikhail was getting ready to obtain his Bachelor's Degree when he would receive word from his mother that his father was in critical condition with an unknown disease and only had two years. Distraught Mikhail would bury himself into his studies so he could find a way to save his father, even joining the Nyloar Corporation, which had an uneasy reputation among his peers due to having questionable practices. He would then be taught some things of the occult and would seek answers as to what plagued his father, where he would work under Hendrick Gallows, who would use Mikhail's recklessness to further a experiment he had in mind. This experiment was referred to as the 'Chimera Project' and was to further test how much the human body could evolve. This said project would forever haunt Mikhail after the containment zone for the project was sabotaged, leaving evidence to frame the reckless Mikhail who was shown to cut corners in different areas in his haste for an answer. Mikhail had hid in the vents when the alarms blared, and could only listen as those who worked on the project screamed for help and mercy as they were torn and mauled. His reputation was ruined and a manhunt was issued for his arrest so he fled to save his life.
