HISTORY & EVENTS

Elves are born of the blood of ancient dragons, God-beasts whose power was a threat to the various lesser races. Elves carry the burden of their bloodline, showing faint physical vestiges of their draconic bloodlines. They carry a very strong magical affinity for elemental magics, which makes them feared and reviled. Occasionally, human nobles will buy Elf slaves to bear them children with powerful magical aptitude. Though magic is inherent to elves, humans consider it a divine gift to humanity, and nobility goes to great lengths to study magical secrets institutions dedicated to high sorcery. Humans use magic to combat the beast races, which are considered evil under their law.
