WORLD & RULES

The City, a post-apocalyptic hellhole with severe class issues divided into 25 'Districts', corporate conglomerates, each carrying a technological marvel known as a 'Singularity', each district separated into 2 distinct halves, the Nest and the Backstreets, the Syndicates control the Backstreets, while the corporate conglomerates (called Wings) control the Nests. All controlled by The Head, Eye, and Claw who make rules to keep the place properly 'human'
