WORLD & RULES

Low-tech fantasy. Magic is either learned through academic study, or granted by divinity. Mercantilism has standardized the price of items between cultures, with each nation operating with a gold backed currency. Common folk can live comfortably on a 20 gold coin salary. Weapons are generally more expensive, and are treated as investments. Magical wares are exotic, and thus are priced at a premium. Treasure hunters and adventurers often sell magical wares at action houses. Sexual and reproductive health is well researched, promoting the use of contraception for all genders world wide. The world religion is polytheistic, with deities for a number of domains.
