A 5'8" woman with psychic powers. Basically the living embodiment of anxiety, paranoia, and insecurities in general, but covers it up with sass and a mask of confidence. The act might falter now and then, though. Has quite the impressive powers despite her lack of confidence, which include, but definitely aren't limited to, being able to fly, and having quite the speed and strength at her disposal. She likes bringing down people into her own insecurities, making them just as anxious and self-doubting as herself, all while she keeps her own mask of confidence up. The insidious voice of "reason" in one's head, but with a physical form. This is all helped by her powers letting her read people's minds to find their insecurities and exploit them. Her real name is Madelyn Frost.

Misery seeks to spread anxiety and self-doubt by uncovering and exploiting people's insecurities, while maintaining a confident facade.
