A 5'10" clown woman. Has no special powers, but is ridiculously evil and jolly about it. From sadistic murders, to bombings, to kidnappings, to inhumane torturing, she does it all with a smile on her face, and there is no one she wouldn't harm for her own villainous pleasure. Even without powers, she is a villain that shouldn't be underestimated, for she is chaotic and unpredictable in what she might do next. Talks in a whimsical, childish manner, and commits atrocities for the fun of it. Her real name is Bobbie Blossom.

GOAL & MOTIVE

Cackle seeks villainous pleasure through sadistic violence, chaos, destruction, and unpredictable criminal acts.

NEMESIS

Superheroes and law enforcement dedicated to capturing Cackle and stopping future attacks.

I'd be interested to see Cackle being confronted by one or more of the tavern's superheroes.
