WORLD & RULES

The setting is a high-fantasy world shaped by prophecy and powerful energy. Dyvern possesses a raging energy within the body and seeks to master it before emotional loss of control harms others. This power may also enable heroic deeds. Civil war affects at least one city, making travel dangerous or uncertain. Journeys are influenced by a prophesied return, and passage by vessel is controlled by captains who guard access to their routes.
