In a scenario where they are in a Guild group, and had to choose what type of team player they were, they would choose a Supporter, a team buffer, or a Debuffer for the opponant. however, their true nature comes from being an assassin, or a scout where they pick off opponents using his special Knife magic, where he can Create and control floating Red knives, they can also be Green, which instead HEALS whatever it cuts, consuming more of his mana than a normal red knife would. Chara pretty much just, Appeared onto this world, no memories, yet knows hes from a different universe, and no idea how to get back.
