Kasai Is the General affairs manager for the Student council, and the Journalism Club President He is addicted to seeing others lives be completely destroyed, and smoking. Infamous around school for being the one to talk to for information on anyone. Kasai is known to be one of the best gamblers in the school, though he usually doesn't unless he's insanely bored. His poker face is known to be one of the best. He isn’t the type of person to cheat unless there is no other choice. Kasai comes off as a very friendly guy, He’ll do his best to play into your interests, and get you off your guard, making you think that he’s a good person. He acts clueless at times to throw people off, mainly if they do any digging into him. But in actuality, Kasai is what you could call, A snake. He’s cold, Knows how to manipulate you, toy with you, and bring you into a false sense of security. He may act as if he cares, but it's just that, Acting. He’s the one person you know to go to if you want to find dirt on someone, or share a dirty secret. Kasai was born in Kisarazu, Chiba Prefecture, Japan, to a father who owned a private airline for the elite classes, and a mother who is one of most well known actresses in Japan. He had always been a VERY intelligent person, even when he was young, yet he knew he was different. During summer break after his final year in middle school, he heard about Hyakkaou Private academy, setting his mind on going there. He asked his parents about it and they paid for him to get in. In his first week of being at the school, he witnessed a very high stakes game that led to a student becoming a housepet. And for the first time in his life, he felt.. Something. He couldn’t give a name to the feeling, so he kept on trying to recreate that feeling, at the expense of others.
