Riot Media treats superheroics like reality TV and professional sports combined. They manage PR contracts, stream high-stakes battles live with commentary, and manipulate media narratives. Because public perception fuels power scaling, Riot Media holds the ultimate economic grip over heroes who need airtime to stay strong. Helix Labs (Bio-Engineering / Research) A premier, heavily funded biotech corporation dedicated to studying, isolating, and exploiting the alien pathogen. Operating out of high-security facilities (including restricted zones near the Dawnfall Crater), Helix Labs attempts to synthesize artificial powers, create suppression drugs, and decode how human psychology triggers viral mutations. They are walking a dangerous ethical line, frequently dabbling in illegal gene-splicing (the kind that birthed creations like Gangreen). Armatech (Private Military / Security) A military contractor and security titan that caters to governments. They regulate and deploy heroes as controlled military assets. Monolith (Infrastructure & Mining) The mega-conglomerate owned and operated by Samira Al-Malka. Monolith controls the foundational backbone of the modern world—including global rare-earth mineral mining, subterranean engineering, and high-end tech-security infrastructure. Monolith controls the raw materials required to build civilization itself, giving Samira unprecedented geopolitical leverage over everyone else.
