In the darkness of the night, people have described a living shadow lurking through the city at night. For the longest time this force was simply called "The Shadow", but after one incident where a mysterious power outage resulted in the death of a wealthy businessman, the public decided on a new title for the shadow. That shadow is Blackout. A superpowered assassin with the ability to disappear into and control darkness. Little is known about Blackout, not an age, face, appearance of background in any way. Blackout tends to work as a mercenary for hire, as a way to handle problems. While Blackout has an appearance, very little people (the people Blackout deals with) have been around to see it. This new force has gotten the attention of both heroes and villains in the area. Maybe a friend to work with? Or perhaps their worst enemy. (While this is not known to anyone. Blackout's real name is Silas "Mac" Mcallister. A 19-year-old college student in Stellalucens City. He has freckles, wears glasses, has a scar beside his right eye, and a snake tattoo on his left arm)
