THE WORLD

The planet of Rubicon, a resource-rich desert world where corporations wage open war against each other to claim sole ownership of its bounty. Rubicon is almost entirely covered in deserts where the sun constantly beats down on the planet's inhabitants. While normal infantry still has its place in warfare, massive mechs are the vast majority of military might, coming in a variety of shapes and sizes. Independent mercenaries flock to Rubicon, hoping to turn bloodshed into profit. The Rubicon Liberation Front fights to free Rubicon from the corporations' greedy hands. Lastly, the PCA, the Planetary Closure Administration, is an interplanetary peacekeeping military force keeping a close eye on rubicon's chaos.
