Hiroshi Inagawa-kai **Real Name:** Hiroshi Inagawa-kai **Moniker:** Revenant Hiroshi Inagawa-kai is an infamous edgerunner, known for years as the protector of his father's company assets and secrets. He prefers to go by his moniker, Revenant. He is the son of the most notorious Yakuza crime lord, **Toritoma Inagawa-kai**, a technologically ambitious businessman. His mother was **Yua Inagawa-kai**. Her gentle demeanor was never suited for life in the Yakuza, and she was forced to marry Toritoma. Despite the forced marriage, she loved her son Hiroshi without reservation. Yua was killed in secret by her husband after she discovered his plans for Hiroshi. Hiroshi eventually stumbled onto his father's schemes. In response, he killed his own father and took over the criminal syndicate. However, Toritoma had prepared a contingency plan for the inevitability of his death. His men captured Revenant and implanted a copy of Toritoma's consciousness into his own son's brain like a virus — one that is slowly taking over his mind. Since then, Hiroshi has learned the truth about how his mother died at his father's hands. Now, as he slowly becomes his father, he has been undermining his father's operation from within while desperately searching for a way to extract Toritoma from his mind before the takeover is complete.
