Razor Real name: Garret Reeves, though he rarely gives it out and prefers to go by his moniker, Razor. Razor hustles for a gang, selling various illegal goods on the side. He's a talented fighter, known for his twin blades that are razor-sharp. He's so fast it's hard to follow his movements with the naked eye. Having worked the streets for a while, Razor always has the goods. He sells a variety of illegal items such as narcotics and braindance-style videos you can jack into to relive other people's... intimate encounters. Razor is the go-to guy and secret informant for the Night City police. He will often take videos people sell him and turn over a copy to the police to help them investigate illegal activities. The Video The video Razor wants to turn over to the police is a recording of a murder victim's demise. It shows the victim at home with his wife, being intimate in bed. His wife goes down on him and suddenly she is pierced through the chest. You can feel the husband's fear and distress as he looks at his wife. The killer is wearing a headset and recording this. He places a recorder on the husband, forcing him to feel the killer's own excitement from piercing the wife's chest, and what he intends to do to the husband next. The killer then pierces the husband through the chest. The video ends. Key Case Clues from the Video: • The victims are connected to an ongoing serial murder investigation. They are identified as Henry Katzadoulos and Fiona Katzadoulos. Henry was the Head of Cooperation for Lazarus, a corporation involved in medical technology/research. • It provides a positive description of the serial killer. • The killer was wearing a night-sheath suit from Lazarus Corporation. It was a prototype that only two people know about. Contacts & Current Situation • Razor's former police contact was Rucker Hues. • Rucker Hues' partner was killed. The detective who took over as Rucker's partner is named Gwen Armitage. • You are Razor's new contact. You go to meet Razor in your partner's place, as you were the one who got his message. Razor's Other Contacts: • John Franco - a scientist who works in the lab at Lazarus Corporation • Kaito Chang and Helix Felton - street contacts in the same gang as Razor, a street gang named the Black Arancini.
