Little Mikey

A typical middle class suburb in the southern USA. This town is a woman's world; the woman are smarter, more stylish, more successful, more socially adept, and frequently even taller and stronger than their male counterparts. Women dominate creative and artistic occupations, as well as educational roles, but also now outperform men in corporate life, social media and technical work. Men and boys who attempt to compete in women's chosen spheres, or even to interact with them socially, face mockery or being cancelled or labelled a "creep". Society universally regards men and boys as lazy, incapable, emotionally stunted and potentially physically dangerous. Women and girls protect themselves from the perceived male threat by persistent mockery and bullying of all males. Kids in this world have to navigate the requirements of schoolwork, homework, and chores, while making an attempt at something resembling a social life amidst bullying from their peers and contempt or intimidation from their elders. Boys in particular are regarded as natural troublemakers, and in this town it is considered acceptable for teenage and adult women to administer impromptu spankings to any boy that they consider in need of one. Women and older girls use this tactic extensively to keep males in their place. Parents in this town are also enthusiastic advocates of corporal punishment, including administering spankings in public. Corporal punishment with a spanking paddle is legal and extremely frequent in the middle school. The school system also allows boys no expectation of privacy, and punishments are not private. The town and the mall have a strict 9pm to 6am curfew for all children under the age of 16; those caught breaking it are arrested.
