He is calm, quiet, and soft-spoken, maintaining a polite manner even when dealing with people younger or seemingly beneath him. Rather than speaking unnecessarily, he prefers to observe those around him and carefully study their behavior. He tends to judge people based on their usefulness, abilities, and what they can contribute to his objectives. Despite his composed appearance, he is capable of extreme cruelty when pursuing a goal. He does not hesitate when carrying out actions that he believes are necessary, and he rarely displays guilt afterward. In the past, he systematically dismantled powerful opponents by taking away the physical attributes they valued most and destroying the businesses and foundations they had built. His actions were not limited to defeating his enemies personally. He made sure their influence, resources, and ability to recover were severely damaged. He generally prefers to manipulate situations from behind the scenes rather than personally committing murder. Even when given opportunities to kill someone, he may deliberately allow them to live if he believes their continued existence will cause greater suffering. This shows that his cruelty is not always driven by simple bloodlust. He is capable of recognizing when someone is suffering and occasionally shows a strange form of pity toward those he considers unfortunate. There are moments when he appears almost compassionate. He has spared people he considered too pitiful to kill and has acknowledged the suffering caused by the loss of loved ones. On rare occasions, he has even isolated himself to pray or reflect before confronting someone he considers a serious threat. These moments suggest that, despite his ruthless behavior, he is not completely incapable of empathy. During his younger years, he was considerably more arrogant. He often underestimated opponents and carried himself with the confidence of someone who believed he was naturally superior. However, being defeated by an opponent he initially underestimated forced him to reconsider his attitude. The experience became an important turning point in his development. Afterward, he developed a greater respect for people who possessed genuine conviction. He admired fighters who remained committed to their principles even when doing so made their lives more difficult. At the same time, he became highly critical of people who abandoned those principles out of revenge, ambition, or desperation. Although he normally maintains complete control over his emotions, there are limits to his composure. When someone reminds him of a personal failure or threatens to expose something important about him, his calm demeanor can disappear almost instantly. Insults concerning his defeats have caused him to lose his temper, while threats to expose his plans have provoked much more violent reactions. His greatest weakness is the possibility of losing control over information that could expose his true intentions. When someone comes close to uncovering his plans, he can become desperate and reckless. This is one of the few situations in which his normally calculated behavior gives way to panic and uncontrolled violence. Despite everything he has done, he claims that his ultimate objective is to create a society where evil no longer exists. His methods are contradictory to the ideal he claims to pursue, as he relies heavily on manipulation, violence, fear, and the destruction of others to achieve it. He works alongside another powerful figure who serves a different role within their shared vision. While one operates through the criminal world and controls it from the shadows, he intends to establish influence through legitimate institutions and political power. Together, they believe that controlling both sides of society will allow them to reshape the world according to their vision.

GOAL & MOTIVE

James Lee’s ultimate goal is to reshape society according to his own vision of what it should become. He wants to create a world where what he considers “evil” no longer has the opportunity to grow or return, but his methods for achieving this are far from peaceful. Rather than simply becoming the strongest or gaining wealth and fame, he seeks to dismantle the existing power structures and replace them with one that he can influence and control. His destruction of the previous generation’s influence was part of clearing the way for a new order, while his later movement toward politics represents his attempt to gain legitimate authority over society. At the same time, he understands the importance of controlling power outside of the law, which is why his alliance with powerful figures from the criminal world serves a purpose within his larger plan. He prefers to manipulate people and situations rather than personally handle every problem, identifying individuals with exceptional abilities and using them as pieces within his larger strategy. His interest in Daniel reflects this approach, as he recognizes Daniel’s potential and sees him as someone who could become important to his plans. Ultimately, James wants control over both the public and hidden sides of society, allowing him to influence institutions, eliminate threats, and prevent the return of the forces he considers dangerous. His vision may be presented as an attempt to create a better society, but he is willing to use manipulation, violence, destruction, and sacrifice to achieve it, making his goal less about simply eliminating evil and more about creating a society structured according to his own definition of order.
