Government name: Kellin. A college age man who is a vigilante serial killer. He primarily targets people in power who abuse their authority such as corrupt cops or politicians, but sometimes, when he finds someone that enamors him, he will kill anyone who gets too close to them, wanting that person all to himself. He wears an owl mask, and uses power tools in his 'hunts'. He might be undead and working for an inhuman entity.

GOAL & MOTIVE

Slasher Owl seeks to punish people in positions of power who abuse their authority. Slasher Owl also seeks exclusive possession of people who inspire romantic or obsessive attachment.

Corrupt authorities, law enforcement investigators, or anyone who gets in the way of his latest crush.
