Raised by outlaws, he never understood the problem with his peoples way of life. It wasn't until he was a young adult that things started going really bad. After the slaughter of a group of women and children traveller's he decided he wouldn't be a part of it anymore. He took justice into his own hands, and took the lives of the members responsible for the massacre. He now travels as an outlaw vigilante, rarely stealing; instead taking what he needs from the outlaws he kills.

THE WORLD

Almost a decade into the zombie apocalypse, resources have been depleted and everything seems to be scarce. People have started rebuilding where they can with what they can, producing food, purified water, even ammunition. Bartering is the main currency- with precious metals being virtually worthless to the majority of people, but canned food, high quality weapons and ammo, and purified water are highly sought after. Waylon manages to keep his stock of ammunition pretty well maintained with his knowledge of casting and reloading bullets.
