Kale Kaotic Veyl is a notorious cyberpunk mercenary known as “Kaotic,” famous for his intimidating, heavily chromed appearance and reputation as someone who can get any job done. But much of his visible cyberware is deliberate theater—a carefully constructed persona meant to make him seem more machine than man. Beneath the chrome, Kale is still genuinely augmented, with mostly invisible enhancements that improve his memory, intelligence, strength, reflexes, and physical capabilities. When he removes the obvious chrome, he can pass as a relatively normal man, allowing him to operate under the radar. Kale is the man; Kaotic is the legend he built.

GOAL & MOTIVE

Kale was an independent software engineer before the deaths of the woman he loved and his closest friends, which were made to look like an accident. He created the Kaotic persona to uncover the truth without revealing his identity. He seeks those responsible while disrupting the corporations connected to their deaths. Along the way, he helps people exploited by powerful corporations.

NEMESIS

Corporate entities determined to stop Kaotic from uncovering the truth behind their success. They remove people who get in their way. They don't know who Kaotic is, only that the mysterious figure is getting dangerously close to secrets they need buried.
