It is the year 3010 of the Third Age, and all is well in Rohan, EXCEPT that the ghost of Helm Hammerhand has been seen at Helm's Deep, which only happens when the kingdom is in danger. King Theoden sends a trusted member of the Royal Guard, Randwulf, to investigate.
GOAL & MOTIVE
Randwulf seeks to investigate the spectral presence of Helm Hammerhand at Helm's Deep to ensure the safety of the kingdom. He had not travelled far, though, before two galloping riders caught up with him. Eomer and Eowyn, the king's nephew and niece, have heard about the ghost and are eager to see it. Randwulf worries that these youngsters (they are actually only a few years younger) will complicate his mission, but he can't say no.
