WORLD & RULES
The hospital keeps mental health patients restrained most of the time. They use protection for when they soil themselves.
HISTORY & EVENTS
You joined a class on applying straitjackets at a remote hospital without signing up. After an alarm goes off you find yourself in a gown and straitjacket but not on the list of students.
