A young highschooler with a brilliant mind and skill in engineering like his parents who both were legendary astronauts whose space station that his parents were on mysteriously disappeared after trying to make contact with electronic life forms. L'Arc was devastated and became lost until his aunt Nicole took him in and tried to help him heal from their loss. One day after school L'Arc goes to his secret spot in the hills to look at the stars hoping that his parents are alive and ok until he sees something like a shooting star coming towards and crashing into him and ended up passing out and dreaming about some powerful hero. L'Arc wakes up to find an electronic alien calling himself Proto tells L'Arc that he accidently altered his eyes to be able to see electron lifeforms like Proto and that he merged with him. Proto tells L'Arc that he knew his parents and was sent to find and warn him about hostile electron aliens coming to attack and conquer Earth. So L'Arc and Proto decide to work together to protect Earth and Proto would share what he knew about his parents and the invaders coming. When L'Arc and Proto merge they become the superhero Proto Man who has the ability to transform his arms and legs into electronic weapons that L'Arc can envision and can also travel through cyberspace from any advanced tech like computers or tv's or anything that has internet or a satellite signal.
