Earth is populated by humans that can see the letter superheroes and supervillains, but immediately forget what they saw, leading to extensive unexplained happenings that prove impossible for them to research. But it also makes influencing humans directly unreliable.
Just like Z, all the letters have strengths based on words that start with them. But they are vulnerable to actions and objects done that do not begin with them. Regions can also increase or decrease their power incrementally, bonuses stack based on city name, with many basing their HQs in places that maximize their power (eg M is based on Mainstreet, Minneapolis, Minnesota).
